I held my August Team Meeting last Saturday. Not everyone could attend, but those who came enjoyed an afternoon of creativity, sharing, friendship and laughter. While working on our project we enjoyed some snacks provided by Dee (thank you, Dee!).
Carol taught us how to make a box card. I hadn’t made a box card for years, and I was happy to get a refresher on how to make one. Carol did an awesome job providing us with a printed tutorial published by another demonstrator and cutting all the cardstock pieces we needed to make the card. Her biggest challenge (and ours) was converting cm and mm into inches. But we got it done, and ended up with a super cute card. I plan to teach this type of card at a future class.
Would you like to attend one of my monthly team meetings? You can! Sign up to be a demonstrator and become a member of my team. As a demonstrator you can enjoy a 20% to 25% discount on the orders you place, whether the order is for yourself or for others. Plus, you would be eligible to attend special Stampin’ Up! events, be able to purchase new products before the general public, and connect with other demonstrators all over the world. Are you “out-of-town”? No problem! I will provide you with all of the information and project supplies from our meetings.
You don’t have to run a business like I do; you can be a “hobby” demonstrator whereby you purchase products for yourself so you can create awesome cards and gifts for friends and family. Some of my team members do exactly that.
I have been a demonstrator for 18 years, and have never regretted the decision to become one. I am associated with a 30+ year old company that prides itself on offering the best papercrafting supplies in the industry AND provides customer service equal to none.
Now is a particularly exciting time to become a demonstrator. When you sign up you get a Starter Kit with a value of $125 for only $99 and you get to choose the products you want in your kit from the current catalogs. The exciting part? September 1st is the release date of the new Stampin’ Up! Cut & Emboss machine, which sells for $120. You can include the new Cut & Emboss machine in your starter kit! What a deal!!
If becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator appeals to you, please contact me so we can discuss how you can become one plus everything it entails. You can also learn more about the company, the products, and more about becoming a demonstrator by visiting my Stampin’ Up! website at http://www.donnabagwell.stampinup.net.
