I recently attended a baby shower for one of my neighbors. Of course I made a card to give with her gift. I knew she was having a boy, so my card had to be blue. I also knew I had the perfect stamp set for the images – Notes of Spring.

The Notes Of Spring stamp set is the March Product Of The Month. During the month of March you can get this stamp set for just $5 with a minimum $75 order before tax and shipping.
I chose Cloud Cover for the card base and Basic White for the stamped layer. The strip at the bottom of the card is from the 2025-2027 In Color 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper – a subtle, perfect match for the card base.
I thought the images of the baby bunny, duck and deer in the stamp set were perfect for a baby card. This set is a two-step stamp set – the outline stamp and solid stamps to fill in the images with color – Cloud Cover, Lemon Lolly and Crumb Cake. I stamped the greenery on the sides with Basic Grey ink, then used a Blending Brush to add Soft Seafoam around the baby animals.
I pulled out my trusty Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack for the words – perfect because I didn’t have stamps that would work.
I used the Three Banner Punch to crop a piece of Cloud Cover cardstock for the small banner at the top, and embellished it with two of the In Color Flat Pearls
I am pretty pleased with the end result, and the card got lot of ooh’s and ah’s at the baby shower.
