I know we just officially started fall but I have been feeling the urge to begin making Christmas cards – hence the title of Christmas In October. I will be sharing some Christmas cards over the next few days. Then I will get back to making more fall-themed cards.
Today’s card features the Snowy Delight Dies, #165807. The dies are part of the Snowy Delights Bundle #165809, which can be found on pages 52 and 53 in the 2025 Holiday Catalog. The bundle includes a stamp set, 6 dies, and a set of decorative masks. You can make many different versions of snowflake cards with this bundle – perfect for Christmas or just winter.

I apologize for the card base looking so yellow-ish – trust me, I used Basic White, not Very Vanilla.
A layer of Basic White was dry embossed with the new Christmas Words Collage Hybrid Embossing Folder, #165912, which can be found on page 57 of the 2025 Holiday Catalog. I love that the embossing folder comes with a matching die, so if you choose, you can cut out the embossing folder words to use on your projects.
Secret Sea cardstock was used to cut out the large snowflake, then topped it with the Peaceful Garden 12″ x 12″ Glimmer Paper #165929. This paper is part of the Peaceful Garden Suite, found on pages 32 and 33 in the 2025 Holiday Catalog. There are 2 sheets each of Blue, Soft Green and Dark Gray. I love the sparkle this glimmer paper adds to the card.
I adhered a strip of Secret Sea 3/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon to the bottom, then added my greeting. The greeting is from the Greetings For You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack, #166208 – page 15 of the 2025 Holiday Catalog. This pack contains 6 adhesive-backed sheets with lots of gold pre-cut sentiments. Advantage of this product? No stamping!
Here’s a summery of the products I used on this card –
Paper: Basic White, Secret Sea, Peaceful Garden 12″ x 12″ Glimmer Paper
Other: Christmas Words Collage Hybrid Embossing Folder, Snowy Delight Dies, Greetings For You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack, Secret Sea 3/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon, Multipurpose Glue, Tear & Tape
