I was a little late to the party with buying the Charming Day stamp set and dies (Online Exclusives). But now I own the bundle and am having a lot of fun playing with it.

I chose to use a new In Color for my card. I LOVE this year’s new In Colors: Cloud Cover, Darling Duckling, Secret Sea, Strawberry Slush, and Timid Tiger. These colors go so well with each other, as well as with Stampin’ Up!’s other 48 colors. I find myself using these colors frequently, and used one of them on today’s card.

Here is the first card I created using the Charming Day stamp set. I was inspired by the Charming Day card created by fellow demonstrator, Sharon Burkert. Sharon’s shared a tip – to not forget how impressive it can be to stamp on Designer Series Paper.

Like Sharon, I chose to use a piece of the 2025-2027 In Color 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. The back side of the piece I used has a lovely mottled look, perfect for stamping a design. I stamped the background with the smaller floral image in the stamp set.

I used the larger floral stamp for the focal image, and colored the flowers with Blends.

The Everyday Arches Dies created the frame. I used a scrap of the 6″ x 6″ designer Series Paper for the center of the frame, and dry embossed it with the Damask Designs embossing folder.

Products I used on this card are:

  • Stamp Set: Charming Day; Sentimental Framing
  • Paper: Darling Duckling; Daffodil Delight; Basic White; 2025-2027 In Color 6″ x 6′ Designer Series Paper
  • Ink: Memento Black; Light & Dark Darling Duckling Blends
  • Other: Everyday Arches Dies; Charming Day Dies; Damask Designs Embossing Folder; Darling Duckling 3/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon; Stampin’ Dimensionals; Tombow Multipurpose Glue

If you want to duplicate this card log onto my Stampin’ Up! website at donnabagwell.stampinup.net to shop for the products I used.

I’d love to know how you like this card. Please leave me a comment below.
